Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your registration for the car rally:
Participation Agreement:
I understand and agree that participation in the car rally is voluntary and involves certain risks. I assume full responsibility for myself, my team, and my vehicle during the event. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers.
Vehicle and Insurance:
I confirm that the vehicle used in the car rally is properly licensed, insured, and in good working condition. I acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred to my vehicle during the rally.
Indemnity and Liability:
I release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and associated personnel from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the car rally, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
Safety and Compliance:
I agree to drive safely, adhere to all traffic laws, and respect the safety of other participants and the general public during the car rally. I will not engage in any activities that may endanger myself or others.
Media and Promotion:
I grant the organizers the right to use any photographs, videos, or media recordings taken during the car rally for promotional purposes without compensation.
